Attachment focused, creative and compassionate therapy for children, young people and adults.
Otters are known for their strong bonds, playfulness, and sense of safety within relationships.
They remind us that connection, curiosity, and feeling secure are at the heart of emotional wellbeing.
In therapy, especially when working with children and families, these same qualities matter deeply. Feeling safe enough to explore, to play, and to be understood can create the conditions where real change begins.
Otter Psychology reflects this belief — that healing happens through connection, trust, and gentle exploration.

"I am passionate about helping children and young people who are experiencing emotional difficulties to feel safer, calmer, and more understood. I aim to create a warm, compassionate space where children can express themselves and begin to make sense of their feelings.
I also work closely with parents, supporting them to better understand their child and strengthen connection within the family. I believe that when children feel safe and supported, and when parents feel confident and understood, positive change can happen.
At the heart of my work is a genuine commitment to helping families feel listened to, cared for, and hopeful"
